no-risk service allows sellers to offer their patents for sale and
buyers to review available options through
intellEDGE at no cost unless an acceptable sale or license is procured.
Contingent fees may vary on a case-to-case basis, but generally range
from 10%-30% of the negotiated sales price.
Flat-rate service is available as well. All compensation will be
negotiated up front, and can vary from case to case. We strive to
keep the process clear and free of surprises.
