intellEDGE makes the patent selling process easy. Since we generally
put the time into researching and analyzing target patents before
contacting potential sellers, we can offer our no-risk service. Our
no-risk service allows sellers to offer their patents for sale through
intellEDGE at no cost unless an acceptable sale or license is procured.
Seller Initiated
intellEDGE may take on sales projects initiated by a patent owner. If
you are a patent owner and have a patent or patents that you are
looking to market, please contact our specialists. Patents may
necessitate and analysis for marketability, and fee structures may be
determined based on the results of that analysis.

Contingent fees may vary on a case-to-case basis, but generally range
from 10%-30% of the negotiated sales price.
